What Do You See?

perception1You can, in fact, change your life by changing the way that you see things. It has been theorized that there is no such thing as reality, there is only perception – a premise that can be argued, ad infinitum, by philosophers and physicists, alike. Whether or not it is actually and completely true, the fact remains that your perception of things really does determine how you think, feel and function every single day of your life. It is a fact that God is, but it is also a fact that God is to you how you see that He is. The world around you is, but that world is to you how you see that it is. Life is what it is, but for you, your life is how you really see that it is.

So true, I see in the picture light taking over the darkness. I am learning through our recent experiences that yes indeed perception is everything. If you see the problems and challenges as a negative it only makes the problem that much bigger. If you think the challenge is bigger than you it will be. If you see it as an oportunity to learn strengthen and grow the challenge is but a step in the big picture. Nothing is really good or bad black or white unless we percieve it to be.

This blends well with what was posted on the front porch.

When looking at the above picture the first thing I saw was a slight blur as my eyes went crossed then it occurred to me that I was only looking at the black spiral. As I followed the spirals of black and white outward I noticed another part of the picture appearing to me as effusion of energy outward from the observable center of the spirals.

This was good for me and I didn’t even get a headache but instead experience a greater awareness of peace. This feeling of energy is an act of benevolence from the Who/What it is that I say God is.

Or, JB…you may just be a hippie. :-{)>

Peace and Love

There’s a light at the end of this tunnel for you.
Black and white spiral together(good and bad) where it all works together as one spiral towards the energy that is at the center of it all.
